WHAT MAKES YOU SUSTAINABLE?
All of our designs feature original, hand-drawn art created in-house. Our planner stickers are printed on ultra-smooth, recycled paper produced in a facility that runs on 100% green energy. Each sticker sheet is fully recyclable, including specially-designed adhesive and backing paper that are compatible with most regional recycling programs.
At Grumble And Kind, we also strive to work with local suppliers whenever possible - particularly those who share our commitment to environmental protection.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Order processing times vary depending upon item(s) ordered; larger orders may take longer to process. Generally, you can expect an order to be processed and packaged within 5 - 10 business days.
During sale periods and special events, please allow for 2 - 4 weeks for processing of orders. If order processing is to be extended beyond this point due to a high volume of orders during the sale period, we will acknowledge this via social media.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Shipping timelines vary depending upon destination country and may be affected by applicable holidays. Please see below for further guidelines:
Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post and are usually received within 3 - 5 business days. Rural and Northern communities may experience an extended delivery timeframe.
Orders bound for the United States are shipped via Canada Post and transferred to USPS after import processing (customs). Please expect delivery to range from 5 - 15 business days, with some exceptions.
International orders are shipped via Canada Post and transferred to the appropriate regional/local postal service provider of the destination country. These orders can be expected to be received in 5 - 20 business days. Please note that some countries may experience extended delivery delays.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
All orders processed with Standard Shipping are mailed via Canada Post Lettermail or Letterpost services and transferred to regional carriers as required.
We do offer a tracking upgrade at checkout for US customers. Upgrading the method of shipment to include tracking can be costly, and many regional carriers are unable to continue tracking upon entry to their respective countries; as a result, we do not offer tracking for other countries at this time.
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail upon completion of your transaction on Grumbleandkind.com, as well as a shipment notification e-mail when your order has departed our studio.
